The Simpsons Movie :bowdown:
Just got back from seeing it and it exceeded my expectations greatly. I loved every minute of it. To simply put it, it was awesome.
Have you been able to sit through an episode in the past 7 years? I haven’t. Probably still see it though.
You do know Matt and most of the original staff did this movie…
was conan o’ brien a part of it? haha i remember he used to write for the simpsons a long time ago
Was just another simpsons episode to me, ended up walking out an hour~10 in because I got a phonecall to go do some stuff, didn’t really have any regrets about missing out. No opinion one way or the other, wasn’t horrible, wasn’t great, just meh.
eh maybe i had too high of expectations, It got me to chuckle and laugh a few times, but nothing zomg gut busting laughter.

I thought it was weak. It had good moments. It seems the younger crowd there enjoyed it more.
I thought it was ok, really funny but it wasn’t the Simpsons I remember growing up watching new episodes on Thursday nights on FOX. It seems in the past 7+ years Homer has had some sort of brain damage because now he is border line retarded. I still lol’d alot though
When did the simpsons start doing gags like a Rock and hard place.. The show didn’t used to have that type of structure at all. The shows used to be believable but the new ones are still good.
it didn’t meet my expectations but I lol’d a lot. it was worth the 9.50.
it was totally worth the 8.00$ but also with the rock and a hard place, ha that was funny that movei made me laugh, it was good for a midnight showing, 10 ppl in there FTW!!!
Definitely worth the money, lots of laughs from the crowd in my 9 o’clock show.
it had some laughs but i think it should have had more of the minor characters in the show the lines from ralph wiggum always make me laugh. But overall a good movie i got a few laughs

simpsons aren’t bad, but they’re not really good either. Before it was actually smart humor, now its just stupid gag humor. I’ve been a follower of them forever but I hate it when the critics say its the "smartest" cartoon. It WAS, not anymore. Family guy and southpark are smarter.

don’t bother. They dumbed it down so it would be more commercial.
The first half was the funny half, the other half was more drama stuff.

I watched it last week and I wasnt too impressed.
I watched a bootleg copy in my own home and I am happy I didnt have to pay for it.
I like the movie. It was one big episode of the simpsons.
It was alright, bogged down with alot of stupid shit though.
