‘The Bourne Ultimatum’
Call me blasphemous, but in a summer movie schedule that includes the third installments of Spider-Man, Shrek, and Pirates of the Caribbean, I’m most looking forward to The Bourne Ultimatum. Maybe it’s the series’ viciously realistic fight sequences, its claustrophobic car chases, or its classy supporting cast (David Strathairn, Chris Cooper). Or perhaps it’s the fact that its leading man puts the “damn” in Damon. But it says something that the new Ultimatum teaser (playing here at Yahoo Movies) contains old Bourne Supremacy footage (still miss ya, Franka Potente) and ideas (he’s calling you again, Joan Allen!), and yet I’m still counting the days till its August 3 release.
