Rob Zombie's remake of Halloween

Devils Rejects was slighty better

So my hopes aren’t super high for this.

But I love Halloween and since he should be following more or less the original story line, I dont see how it could be to bad.

I still wish he would have directed the sequel to The Crow though.

I saw the previews for this last nite during the Hostel II showing and it looks pretty good. Its by Rob Zombie so we know how crazy he is so it should be good. I’m hoping we finally get to see Michael’s face.

You get to seee michael’s face in the original.
The trailor has given me hope for this movie. Although from what i heard they try to explain why michael is evil which kinda kills it.

I agree with Jack Burton. A remake isn’t exactly hard to pull off. If the original is good, the remake should be good as well. Why? Because its basically going to be the same fucking movie.
im surprised there are so many people that didnt like 1000 corpses. i loved it. and yea, devils rejects was even better. i think this one will be pretty damn good. especially since h2o sucked balls, this series needs to end on a good note.

I agree fully, but hollywood is trying desperately to restart all the old franchises that it can. I am not a big fan of Rob Zombies work but I will check it out either way.

they need to make 13 of them total, and they really can’t go much further with the story… so a revisit was chosen, and hopefully the next 4 will follow the thorn storyline.

The original Halloween was all about your imagination. Rob Zombie will show it all.
