Mama Mia!
It’s “Mamma Mia” and I’m sure it will be decent. The musical itself is really excellent, I only worry the casting for the movie will make it weak.

I saw the previews in the theater and I immediately turned to my wife and said, WTF? I thought it was a joke or some kind of commercial.
Casting was pretty good! The boyfriend’s role isn’t really anything much to talk about - and they do have good dance numbers.
My only disappointment is Pierce Brosnan’s singing, but from what I’m told thats how he does it on stage…it just looks awkward and sounds awkward, too.
Too many of the songs used were sub-par, and often the acting was overdone stage style.
I give it about a C.
BTW, theatre was packed but there were only six males in the audience. Total chick flick.

i saw this film yesterday and i liked it.
Pierce’s singing was terrible, but looking at him made it all better.
I actually expected a bunch of gay guys, but I guess it isn’t one of their flicks.
