i actually took the time to check it out. seems interesting

yeah it’s a long way off, but fugging vampires vs wil smith as the last man alive,,,,,hellz yes, who’s got 2 thumbs and can’t wait to see this movie,,,this guy (pointing my thumbs at myself right now, yes i’m a dork for chuck heston movies, and their remakes,,,,well until planet of the apes,,,well shit maybe i gotta re examine this)
After reading the original book, I can’t believe how much they changed.
It looks more like Omega Man, so if you want a sneak peak, check out the old Charleton Heston movie.
I’m sure they will also ‘Hollywood’ up the ending. If they are going to change things like setting, I’m sure they have no problem with altering anything else.

Meh, after what they did to I, Robot… I’ll pass.
Sometimes they need to leave classics alone. All they can do is tarnish the original, I mean Will Smith? I cant wait to see a flashy dance video to accompany the movie.

your an idiot. Will smith is a good actor. Not great, But he has had some great roles. And i have faith in this one(that being said i usually hate remakes)Except for john carpenters the thing. Amazing film.

The book was OK, ended kind of abruptly. I’ll definitely see the movie though, great premise.
Never read the book, but I watched the Vincent Price version. I think it was called Last Man On Earth. Interesting story.
Pretty good movie, different from the book, worse in some ways, better in others.

A much more hopeful movie than book.

For people who read the book & movie, did you trust Anna? I sure didn’t.

I give it four out of five Intrepids.
