Gone Baby Gone Question
In the old grimy house with boarded-up windows that Bubba takes Patrick to (where the Tretts live)…
Officer Poole is going to invade it from the front while Bressant takes the back. Poole is shot it the back while entering the house and Patrick is shot at when he tries to help him.
Who was shooting at them? After seeing how the move ends, I thought it was Bressant, but he went in the back way and the shots came from across the street. All 3 of the criminals were inside at the time, so it wasn’t them.
It was the guys inside. The shotgun blast came through the door. We just saw the exit wound, is all..
But when Patrick is shot at when trying to help Poole, she shots are obviously coming from across the street. When Patrick shoots back, he aims across the street, also.
When Poole is shot, it looks like the bullets are hitting his vest and then his neck from behind.
pretty sure it was obvious that the shots came from inside the house…the cop got shot right in the neck…he was just looking around to make sure no one else was around
Why did Casey Affleck return fire across the street, then?
It makes more sense that the shooting came from inside the house, and maybe Affleck was just shooting his gun to let the people inside know he had a gun, and it just loked like he was shooting across the street.
He was shooting at the window which was sorta facing the front door at an angle.
