I saw some movie that got banned in a shitload of countries about a chick getting pulled into a cabin and raped by 4 guys, then she goes insane and hunts them down and kills them one by one.
I forget what it’s called.
Thats sounds crazy but not as fucked up as Cannibal* Holocast
jesus camp.
i can watch people killing each other and all that retarded bullshit just fine, but nothing scares me more than the crazy christians in my own neighborhood, if you know what i mean.

I’m a monster fan of Infernal Affairs 1 & 2 (don’t bother seeing 3), and I think Scorsese is consistently the best director going today. I was disappointed in The Departed though. I thought Nicholson was way too over the top, and the changes they made to the Infernal Affairs script just didn’t make sense.
Although I’m sure if I saw Departed before IA, I’d be thinking the opposite.
Goodfellas used to be my favorite Mob Movie, but this is just as fine.
I saw the movie and you didnt know wtf was going on through the whole thing. pure awesomeness

Anyone know anything about this flick? I keep running into it looking around IMDB, it has some good names attached. The dude, Megan Fox and Simon Pegg especially.

The late-’90s Hong Kong gross-out ‘classic’ that gets a hard Category 3 when Cataegory 3 films still promised gore and sex. One of the best movies of the year imo. This is the first movie this year that didn’t lose my interest, even once until the credits, for most of it I forgot I was watching a movie, incredible. Pixar can truly make the most ridiculous of stories work.
The animated short at the beginning was, as always, excellent. Great movie, flawless graphics, incredibly original. 10/10
Gonna take my son to see this for his birthday.
Looks Great!
My favorite scene is when the critic eats the rataouille and is reminded of his childhood, such an emotional scene. Probably one of the best scenes in the movie.

It is the orchestra track that is played right after Connie’s wedding and exactly starts when Tom lands in Hollywood.
They only played about 4 measures of this song with no vocals.
The song stops right when Tom steps into the Hollywood studio.
It sounds like a Sinatra track but I’ve not been able to locate it.
This song is played in One and Two.
Ok we’ve all seen in. And there were a few WTF moments.
My big ones.
Who the fuck sent the post card saying "Don’t stay in 1408"
When the wife pops back up on the web cam and says the cops are in the room was the really his wife? Or was it the room playing a trick? If it was the room then I fail to see what trickery it added to the situation. Read more about 1408 spoiler/plot hole thread

GREAT movie!!! I’d go see it again, LOL. And Megan Fox Megan Fox was def hot in this movie but holy shit, I would totally see this movie again in the theatres. I’d probably want to see it this time at the Ultrascreen (couldn’t get tickets to that showing).
But man, this movie made me wet. -.-; *sigh* They stayed pretty true to the original series and the way they did the military stuff… hawtness… Saw it last night, great movie. I would definately see it again. I have some issues with the characters and plot. Read more about Transformers Movie Thread

I think it’s great. I haven’t seen this movie in a really long time so it’s great that it’s finally gotten a proper release here in the US. Criterion released it way back but it wasn’t in print very long. I have no idea why it took so long to be released because it’s one of the greatest action movies of all time (I think it was rated #9 or something by entertainment weekly not too long ago) anyways I think DVD’s great. The commentary and special features are what makes it worth owning. The remastered picture looks great as well. I usually play movies over my HTPC with a sharpness and gamma filter but I didn’t even need it with this movie. The transfer looks incredible. Looks as though the company that released it, Dragon Dynasty, has tons of classic martial arts films with the same special treatment. Read more about Anyone else get the new Hard Boiled DVD?
